World Building

I build imaginative worlds that audiences can step into. From lush environments to expressive characters and supporting visuals, each system is crafted with depth, consistency, and heart—giving brands a universe their fans can live in.

Exploring multiple logo directions to define the world of Rainforest Falls.

Early sketches and concept logos helped establish the tone of the world—lush, adventurous, and full of discovery. These explorations shaped the final identity and set the visual language for the entire program.

Building a cast of expressive rainforest characters that bring the story to life.

Each animal was illustrated with personality, warmth, and energy, helping kids instantly connect with the world. The character set adds charm, storytelling, and emotional engagement.

The key art served as the foundation for the visual system—both on-screen and in physical spaces.

This large-scale illustration (created at a massive 9×20 feet) became the central backdrop for the program and the source material for many design elements. Characters, foliage, lighting, and textures were all pulled from the key art to build merchandise, signage, print materials, and environmental displays, ensuring a cohesive and immersive rainforest experience.

2024: True North

Logo, Characters, and a Fully Built Visual World

For True North, I developed a bold visual identity inspired by the rugged beauty of Alaska—combining expressive characters, dramatic landscapes, and vibrant storytelling elements into a unified world.

The goal was to capture the spirit of adventure, wonder, and trust at the heart of the theme.

The world is designed to feel epic and inviting—full of discovery, exploration, and joy.

The key art became the centerpiece of the True North visual world, filled with layered scenery and hidden storytelling details.

Kids especially loved discovering the extra animals when the artwork was printed at its full 9x20 foot scale, turning the backdrop into an interactive adventure.

Additional set decoration elements and printables helped extend the world into physical spaces.

These assets gave teams everything they needed to transform rooms into immersive, Alaskan-inspired environments that matched the visual identity.
